Professionals Registration

Registration for the 16th International Symposium on MPS and Related Diseases can be done in a few simple, consecutive steps. Just follow the instructions on your screen on each of the steps to go through the registration process. 

After having confirmed your registration, you will receive an automatic email confirmation within a few minutes.
If you do not receive an automatic confirmation, please contact the Congress Secretariat (mps2021@agora-events.com)

New registration: If you are accessing the online registration for MPS 2021 for the first time, please follow each step of the registration process.

Registered attendee: If you have completed your registration and would like to make changes, you can modify your registration by signing in with your existing account. 

Important: Please note that you will need to register again if you requested a full refund of your registration fee to attend MPS 2020. However, if you requested that your registration fee be kept for MPS2021, your profile has been kept on our system and you can access it using your user name and password.

If you would like to register more then 10 participants please contact mps2021@agora-events.com for group registration.

If you require an invitation letter as part of your visa application, please complete your registration and send an email to the Congress Secretariat (mps2021@agora-events.com) stating that you would like to request an invitation letter. No letters of invitation will be issued without a completed registration.

Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense.
Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 14 days after registration to secure your participation.

If your name contains special characters this may cause errors during the payment procedure. In that case, please change your name in your contact details removing any special characters, so that you will be able to arrange the payment. If you send an email with your correct spelling to the MPS2021 meeting secretariat (mps2021@agora-events.com), we will change your name back in our system, so that your name will be presented correctly on your name badge.
Special characters include: á, ä, â, ç ,ê, é, ë, î, ï, ñ, ö, õ, ô, ü.

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the e-mail address of the Technical Secretariat of the Congress.
Before May 31, 80% refund of the Registration Fee.
After June 1, cancellation without refund.

All name changes must be notified in writing to the e-mail address of the Technical Secretariat of the Congress.
The administrative cost charged will be 60€.
